Resilience

Perseverance.

That is what that's keeping me going, especially when it comes to work or school. whichever. doesn't matter.

Things can get really tiring at times,

and me, being the lembik person that i am,

sometimes, feel like putting everything away & just run (this part kalau run betul-betul takpe, at least dpt lose some babats... lol!)

so yeah, i'm proud of myself for surviving the 1st year!

4 more years to go...

why 4 more years eh? lepas tu nak quit ke? nak jadi tai-tai boleh? haha. ok diam.

but neh, i plan to do this long term.

because i love them kids.

yup, all puluh-puluh of them.

but 1st year of course the most memorable...

my 1st form class,

my 1st cca with my lovable mak-nenek dancers (having to layan all their bitch fights & i-dont-want-to-talk-to-you moments)... love them nonetheless. been there done that girls.

my 1st few malay classes. from sec 1 all the way to sec 3.

my first camp.

my first teachers day.

my first eee.pee.em.ass (which i have every reason to be proud of)

yup, will remember it definitely.

plus the fact that during this first year,
someone came (back) into my life. :)
alhamdulillah.

life seems complete doesnt it. :)

i have everything that i need, that i want, and so much more.

blessed indeed.

i will always love you

Was with a galfriend, Sri @ PaperChase yesterday & the store was playing (my favourite) Adele's whole album. I was of course enjoying myself browsing the stationeries (those who know me will know how much I love these kind of shops) and deciding on a personal organiser for 2012 (of course as usual I ended up not buying any at the store because of their ridiculous prices). So anyway, that's not the story.

While browsing, a (very, very) familiar song played in the store (apparently, Adele did an acoustic cover of the song & it's in her album). At that exact moment, tears were already forming in my eyes. I'm not sure if it's a sign or mere coincidence, but for now i shall take it as a good, no make that a wonderful sign. :) Because of the fact that just hours before, texts were being exchanged. Texts which brought a huge smile to my face.

A smile which can be felt by the heart. :))

I shall leave the story at that.

For now, let me just leave you with that song that was being played yesterday (which is currently on repeat mode).
